Best Alpha/Mini TT15 bundle?

Post by TBurroughs »

Looking at getting a two-dog setup, and was wondering who is currently offering the best "bundle" deal going. I've seen some standard TT15 bundles with extra accessories for $1, was wondering if anyone here knew of a similar deal on the mini's?

I'd say with them being new price's / deals are not being offered yet . My advice is to look at custmor service ratings amoung the dealers . This is what I look at reguardless . You may find a better price on items but if the dealer can't or want help then U aint gained much . I read where Double U offered loaner units if U buy from them , that's a real good dealer IMO . Havent saw any others say that . I've only bought replacement batteries for my old TT EXP from them but if I go to the minis I'll check things like that .
Good luck with who ever u go with .

You cannot go wrong with Double U Hound Supply. That being said, Garmin sets the price of their units wether it's the collars or the gps units for cars. Customer service is what you have to look for.

Chuck ur right to a point . Being a past dealer using Grain Valley as my wholesale supplier that MSRP aint exactly true . I didn't loose my vendors license because I didn't follow the rules . Back in the late 80's early 90's their we're many dealers . Then TT losened the vendor entery strings and everyone started selling. I sold a couple hundred TT and Sport Dog units over 3 or 4 yrs but it wasn't enough for a full time job but was too much hassle already having a full time job and the IRS , so I stopped . The SMRP thing , if they catch u not abiding ur done . Notice in the DOG SUPPLY thread no one give's price's ??? They only email them and there you go , you can charge what u want until you pee someone off and turn u in . lol
As I said & Chuck ( REDDOG) said before and after the sell service is what's important 1st .

Randy is 100% correct garmin sets price but only if you get told on. I gave 675 for my TT15 mini combo and I give 225 per collar to add to the system from a local store in my area.

Can't go wrong with DU Hound Supply. They were giving an additional warranty of 6 months over what Garmin gives, meaning an 18 month warranty on the TT15 mini's. They also have a loaner program. If something goes wrong with your collar, call 'em up and they will ship you a loner the same day you ship your problem collar back for repair. If you ship next day so will they. This makes it possible to be no more than one day without a collar in the field for you. Great guys that are really astute and know the product very, very well. In essence, they're geeks that run big game hounds and apply their techno knowledge daily with their own hounds in the field.

What is the actual markup in say a tt15 2 dog mini combo.....? I alays feel and beat a guy up too bad but if they are doubling the price or something, then I won't feel as bad :D

It has to be significant because the sport dog shocking systems are ridiculously inexpensive to make except for the battery and even that isn't too bad.
God isn't real, Beer is good and people are crazy, there I fixed it.
