So Far ...First hare we jumped the dogs hammered on, getting over 7 mph on him, that last 45 minutes. Then we switched to a small running hare that would run small loops, move a 100 then a few more small loops, and kept this up the rest of the day. Towards the end they were getting several sight chases on him. Busted finally settled and slotted up nice, I was happy with everyone down today, ran like they are supposed to. End with 14.5 miles @ 6.46mph.

I cant even imagine spring running on hare. We are finally getting some good solid runs on cottontail here. Went from spending all day trying to put 8-10 miles on the dogs over the winter to getting that in a couple of hours after work and most of it being solid running.
