Danger Bunny

Danger Bunny, AKA Harebrain Hopper, AKA The-rabbit-that-doens't-have the-good-sense-to-stay-out-of-my-backyard, died a premature death last night at the hands of one Gypsy Meg.
Apparently, Danger Bunny (who was about one year of age), had heard the tail of Peter Cottontail one too many times, and the poor creature failed to realize that few people keep briar thickets in their fenced in yards.
Meg refused to comment, but the wagging of her bottom and bouncing around gave the impression that she felt no remorse for her actions. In fact, she seemed quite pleased.
One spectator, a Mrs. Kelly B., said of the attack, "The rabbit bounced off of the fence twice trying to get away, and then it did that squealy thing, and that was it."
The remains were properly dressed and cleaned and will be displayed at my house around dinner time tonight.
