Such vehemence over a few ticks. Wow, what would of happened if there had been worms involved? You are a young man Mo5000 and, evidently, a man of God. I am an old man and I learned to take my lick and get on with my life. Your pups are doing good. Why not let it be?

i did let it go... i posted the name of kennel, got my money back in a timely manner with an apology that includes an admission that my dogs should have been taken care of and that i told her about the dog being frontlined... however, callin me a child molestor is not only disgusting but is 100 million percent erroneous and even jesus knew who his accusers were. i dont really claim to be a man of strong faith... i do have a ministers liscence from a bible college and i teach youth at church. how would you feel if at the next trial or meeting you go to if someone looks in your eyes and says hey.. that guy may touch kids or whatever.. im sure its a pretty crappy feeling..

Mo. Beagler just a little advice, There are some things a man of the cloth can't get involved in if he can't control his language and action's. A christian is tested and tried ever day, the world is looking on. When a person jumps from bad language in one post to ministers liscence and teaching kids in another post it don't look good. I don't agree with the child molesting accusations but remember when a person stradles the fence in religion you set your self up for anything.

Gentlemen, First off look at the traffic this post has created. It appers to be the most interesting topic by our own admission. I noticed some of the other "drier " topics aren't doing very well at holding our attention or garnering a look. But here is how I see it, the man got his dogs back in a condition that he himself would not have allowed them to be in and he was upset about it. The good folks who allowed this to happen have apparently taken the high road, apologized and refunded his money, even though to their credit they did start the pups. I looked at their website and I saw nothing ( even in the background that would indicate to me that they were not a caring , top rate outfit, but what happened happened and I am sure it is not normal with them. But it still happened and Mobeagler5000 was upset as most would be. He voiced his displeasure and some of us would have and some of us would not have. But he does appear to be over it . For voicing his displeasure he was called a Child Molester, the lowest form of Human life, the second lowest form of Human life is the person who would try to put that label on an innocent man! I would be upset and so would you. I don't know Mobeagler5000, and hell, I may not even like him if I did, but his anger over being called a Child Molester is justified.

I went out running the other evening,when I returned my hounds were covered in ticks.A few were the regular brown spotted dog ticks thats normal arround here this time of the year.The ones that they were covered with were tiny little things,some guys call them seedticks,others call them deer ticks,some call them turkey mites.What ever they are there is alot of them and they are so small you can't see them very well untill they have been there a few days.A adult never gets larger than a paper match head and if you get one on you they make a spot worse than any chigger ever was.We never had these things arround here untill a few years ago.My dogs had 60 to 100 of them each,a trip to the dip barrel cleaned them up.If these are what your dogs had on them thay can become infested overnight.Thay seem to like areas with less hair bellies,inside if ears,arround butt holes.I even saw them in their lips.Couldn't tell fore sure from the pics.but thats what they looked like they had to me.These are a whole new thing arround here(central KY)and they have me rethinking the whole summertime running deal.How often can you safely dip a dog?I know that if you ever got your kennel infested with these things they would make fleas look like a minor inconvienance.Just saying

Pilot~ it depends on the dip you use. the happy jack stuff i have is like every 30 days i think but i never had to use it... i use the termidor and it seems to be working fine for me. took dogs out and two of em had a few ticks on em so when i kenneled them i left it on them and they were gone a few days later. i think your talkin about seed ticks.. i am covered in them and have bites head to toe from fishing... thousands of them on my clothes but for some reason they never get on my dogs. not even the oones at the pen.
