JIMMIE ABSHIRE wrote:Unfortuanely he was never campained in akc . Should he of been ?, Ipersonally never seen slim jim . Buzz is one of the best all a round dogs to take air in , thats my opinion there are so many that have bred to him that are 100% satisfied . He is living proof that speed can and will get busted .He has by far stood out as one of the best . period , this includes my dogs . He is amazing as far as just common ass rabbit sense , dont skirt dont swing just hunts . Probaly the best line control dog
i have seen period . And yes akc boys i said line control not front drive dogs , i really wish he would of gotten his sunshine in akc simply could of run in midwest or spo . I would say buzz is the poster dog for old school northway . I am very happy to have spent the last few years getting the chance to see a quality hound with a first rate owner . I am also proud to say this buzz lives thru his offspring at my house in abshires little bit nasty . He is quickly becoming jimbo top dog . Win lose or draw he will die at my house

I will stick by my words, nasty has had to have his tail bobbed as well as blairs tom dog.Nasty has also had probaly 500*plus hours of solo time put on him, so get ready boys , when jimbo comes back in the fall, It May Get
Nasty...........

[quote="J.C. Blair"]Jimbo asked me to post this, here are two littermate grandsons of Ol Buzz. They are out of a Buzz female bred back to Reffett's KY Mtn Black Magic (her uncle) We are definitely seeing a lot of their grandpaws traits in them. They are on their way to making top caliber hounds. I own Phantom and Jimmie owns Ol Nasty, hard to believe it from the way they look that they are full brothers. Nasty has that throwback look to Ol Sampson about him.

We bred to kill rabbits not ribbons where we come from.True rabbit dogs
can win in any format.Trophies come easy when your homework is done.
I also fill way to much emphasies is directed towards trialing.Jump dogs rule pathwalkers suck. Cant check it if it aint jumped.Shot guns and rabbit fur are my gauge. Bottom end and heart rule at the valley.

Chad, my Buzz female looks a LOT like Nasty, she's 10 months old and 'bout the same size but has just a little more black on her, open marked, though. Even has the same ear marking on the same side. She probably weighs more, though, as I am not getting as much running time as you are. BTW, loooks like you and me both need to run along side of them some! Finals are over in 3 days, though, and I don't go back till July. She will be jumping and running her own rabbits by then. I will try to post a pic.

Ramey,
Nasty is Jim's dog, I own ol Tom. As for runnin' alongside the dogs, I try to sometimes  Both are making nice dogs, havent ran with Nasty in a long time, but I hear hes coming along well. Time will be the judge on Big T. He's got a lot goin for him, but you know how that goes.
