Im not to sure that is a correct assumption there but that is your opinion and your entitled to it!! I know plenty of reputable BREEDERS that are not nearly in this for $$$ and produce very good dogs and could care less about the money and they have many 3 litters a year from very TOP quality pups!! JMHO but I don't think 3 litters is considered a puppy mill!!
