I would have to say my favorite all around Branko dog would be a bitch that is getting up there a little in age now but she is a fun one to gun over. Her name is Branko's Just Plain Holly. I believe she was from a Magnium Force X Hurricane Holly cross. Nice looking bitch too.

There are alot of "new" line Branko dogs. We had "old" line Branko dogs, out of Jack, Pebbles, Anna's ann, Close call girl and Armando's & Adarondack Bobby. These dogs were exceptional hounds and litters. I've been away from trialing for 5 years or so and now I'm back. I don't see as many exceptional Branko's as before, but alot of the exceptional dogs have Branko in them as an out cross 2 -3 generations back. We have lots of exceptioal hounds here, you Southerner just go to Branko all the time, here on the East coast we have the best hare hunting there is in North America and we all hunt/bag alot of hare. In Ontario etc. there are not as many hare and a dog would be "hunted" alot less. Lumberjack threw speed and so does his offspring, I have seen. They can have the complete package of being a super check dog too.Oh' and guess what, we are breeding today a 15" Male(fast) out of FTCH Forest Pond Sam(exellent nose, not sure of speed) & 15" 2.5 year old Branko Female out of One Tuff Ombre,Will post on this site if we have some to part with,??? intetrested. Trialer first.

FC Branko's Cougar Magnum is a nice small male. I only had the opportunity to see him run a couple times but I thought he was a very nice check dog. I believe Cougar is no.2 on Better Beagling's top sire list this year. As far as I know Scott has never advertised him for stud. That says a lot for the dogs producing power.
