Lucky enough to live about a mile outside the city limits, not as much country in Northern VA as their used to be :(

I live in the back of a subdivision that back-up to my father-in laws farm. So I have the best of both worlds. My lot is in the city, but step across the property line and I am in the county on a 110 acre farm.

I'm about 20 minutes from town and about 5 or less on my Rhino to the nearest running spot :D .

I live ??? well if it benifts the city I live with in city limits (taxes trash pick ect...) if it benifts the county well you get the point we have two 3/4 ace lots house set on one lot the dogs on the other. :???:
