I live in the annville area and know alot about were your dog was lost. I will be out tomorrow running dogs i will swing by that way and see if i can come up with anything. Sorry to hear about this Greg has a good pen no holes or gaps that i know about but i will do my best . My name is Tim Hignite i have meet you at a couple trials he is a nice dog for sure . I will let you know if i find him or hear anything about your dog.

I was out today looking for your dog but didnt see him.I stopped and talked to some people on the same road as the pen but they hadnt seen him either.I hate it for you I have lost some good ones before too and it isnt fun.

My good friend (Arlie Thompson) has had his dog (Blacky) come up missing! The dog was being ran in a enclosure in the Annville,Ky. area. Blacky was turned loose into the enclosure Monday evening around 7pm and when the guy went back to get him around 9:30pm Blacky was gone! Their not sure how he got out,or what exactly happened,they have been searching for him,but with No luck. Blacky is a 13" tri color male,I will try to post pictures of him later. Arlie is very upset about losing his dog,thats why im posting this add for him. If anyone happens to find a beagle in the Annville,Ky. area,or has any information on this dogs where'a'bouts PLEASE call me Lamarr Rhoades 740-417-1173,or Arlie Thompson 567-241-9948. If no other hounds have escaped this pen and there were no hole or gaps found, I'd say you or the pen owner know the culprit. Sometimes you unknowingly give out all the information a thief needs to decide when and where to pick up his/her wears.
My buddy lost all his hounds by bragging how good they were.

Happened to me guys, had 4 dogs stolen because of pics i had in my truck, from my mechanic I knew for 15 years. It always happens this time of year, hope your dog turns up, good luck yo you

Just curious if you have ads listed in the local papers and radios about your lost dog? I would also advertise the reward and if someone took the dog to sell that may at least get him back. Of course you wouldn't know if that person was the culprit BUT a true sportsmand would NOT accept any reward for returning a person's lost dog. I have returned many with names and phone numbers on their collars and would NEVER think about taking any reward for finding a lost animal. I have also offered rewards and or merely offered money when someone contacted me with one of my lost dogs. I don't think I ever remember a person accepting any money from me.

I HATE to read this kinda posts....most people on this board know what happened to us, with our NLPC two and a half yrs ago - stolen, right outta her kennel - like others have said, "that person will get thiers in the end"......just a bit of advice, think about WHO would want your dog and who would want your dog out of competition - like they say, keep your friends close but your enemies closer -

Arlie, hope you find him, just to strange it has to be someone who knows you because who would know the dog was there and when he would be in the pen, also what he looks like.. What would they do with him? If they were just trying to steal a dog Im sure there are dogs in that pen all the time. To steal a dog out of his own kennel is 1 thing but to steal a dog a couple hundred miles from home in some one elses running pen when he is only in there a few hours a day is something different.

Vicky,I agree with you it is to strange.The only people that knew he was there on my end was my dad,and lamarr.I just dont believe they would drive 5 1/2 hrs away to steal my dog,and like you stated-to know exactly when he would be in the pen,I didnt even know when he was in the pen,until after the fact an then I would be given a update on how he was doing. Like I said before-I've had a million different thoughts race through my mind,and I'm doing everything I can to try an get my dog back.If anybody knows anything,or has any info that will help me get my dog back Please give me a call! $500 Reward,no questions asked. They have a dog trade on Tuesday mornings in London, KY it might be worth your time to try and get someone that knows what he looks like to go there and look around. I have to work or i would go over there and look for you. I hope you find your dog and the one that stole him( if that is what happened).
