I don't agree that everybody has left ARHA when there was about 700 dogs entered in the world this year. Like I say I'm not trying to ring the bell for any organization. I have seen judging that I didn't like in all of them, I don't think it will ever be flawless as long as there is people involved. No matter what trial format we run in we have to take a little bitter with the sweet. Like we both have always said the best test of a dog is to gun hunt with him.

Ur right Bobby, ahra is still rolling big entries, I believe its due too the fact that new people are coming in and older falling out or quitting, as u very well know u dont judge u dont win, how many times that been said? Ya gotta kiss a little bit of azz in every format, but i would rather kiss 1 akc or 2 judges in 1 day than kiss 5 rounds of arha judges over a week. I dont want to pee anyone off but u know and i know what it takes, it aint all dog power. Its lots and Lots of handshakes and hanging or judging, i this point i would rather spit than swallow. :bigsmile:Just Saying.

Love ya Rusty. :moon:

Hey Jimbo I heard you did alot of swallowing and spitting while you were in this organization lmao lol aint that right Bobby? lol

If everybody wants to know the truth just listen a minute and I will tell you' I can pick out about any 5 guys in the country or you can pick them and we all gun hunt from daylight to dark. When we all get back to the house and are sitting around talking about the day almost to a man everyone will agree about the good things and the bad things each one of the dogs did for the day. You take the same 5 guys and put them in a trial together and at the end of the day there probably won't be any two that agree with each other completely about who did what. I wish for the dogs sake there was a foolproof way of judging but there isn't now and probably won't ever be. I have seen good dogs take a bad screwing at a field trial and it's a shame. We all talk about lying and cheating dogs and I promise you there are a lot more true dogs than there are owners when it comes to trials. As far as i am concerned to hell with trials I don't really care one way or the other. I do enjoy seeing different dogs run at the trials. I tell you one thing anybody that's cheated for a buddy or to get somebody to cheat for them is a crook and they know it better than anybody else.

I guess i have got to old for the trials, I just like gun hunting anymore and watching good dog work. To heck with them, if anyone ever wants to come out and spend a few days gun hunting with me and tony give us a call ahead of time and we will have a blast.

What he said. I think I could hunt with you Bobby. Lord knows I need the dog power.
