Harner i understand where you are coming from here on the mini trial with the word FAST being brought up a few times but i think what is being done here is we dont want 17" dogs running around all day with 13"s i know a dog should be able to run with what is down on the ground but there is a reason dogs that are 17"s tall cant compete in trials i wont put my dogs down with no 17" hound and no not because im scared but if i was 12" tall and young i would not want to run with a 17" dog im not scared by any means as i stated before with i may not have a dog to run but would like to come on down anyways and just have some fun meeting some people from the board putting faces and names with the names on here and hearing some good dog running heck if i can come i would like to bring a video camera or if someone has a video camera i will do my best to video it as i have before on some of my fun runs and hunts!!!!! I dont need to shoot anything to have fun i just like to watch and listen to hounds pound a bunny Registered dogs or Grade dogs dont matter to me but i dont want to see any dogs having to play catch up with a race horse/coon hound!!! I think this is all about having fun and meeting new people and seeing other dogs run, if i am wrong i myself will put a fun run together and run for FUN but im pretty sure this is what its all about!!!!

I don't think you understand where I am coming from. Trials restrict a lot of good gun dogs of being trialed due to the size. This is called a fun run or a rabbit hunt. From what I habe read from your post that your scared of one of your dogs being beat if you got one there. I could care less if there are fast dogs there or not. All beagles should be invited.

We have many fun hunts. Folks bring all sizes and speeds. We don't put all the dogs down at once as there is usually a bunch of us there. One or two packs will run at a time or we may split up if there is enough hunting area and we match the packs up according to speed. I have seen 17" hounds not be able to keep up with 13 " hounds. No competition.... Just fun hunting over the hounds, talking with good friends, eating good food, and all around good fellowship.

Leave the smarta$$es and trouble makers at home. They take the 'FUN" out of fun hunt!

well...i have a little bit of everything in my kennel!!!...i will probably only bring 3 hounds...not sure which ones yet!!!

ok people...we no longer have a size limit...if it is a beagle...bring it!!!...we have plenty of area to run...if we have to split them up or whatever we need to do!!!!...so no one is left out!!!....BRING THEM ON!!!!...and i say fast because that is the style that most of us original guys have!!!...and oh yeah...there will be plenty of video!!!!

Did I call your dogs any thing other than dogs or hounds?
Have you ever read were I bashed any other breed or breader?

Sounds as though there are other folks that don`t want to run with big dogs and I respect their decision,so I respectfully decline your open invitation to come to your fun run.

If any one wants to run swampers ,I have two places, my river swamp, and my beaver pond swamp, or run cotton tails in my briars, come on down it will be fun.

so...whats up with this???...i have invited ALL to come run with ALL who show up!!!...garbage???...whats that about...i just invited everybody on this board...as i have on other boards!!!...i havent mentioned any names of anyone!!!...i done even think the before mentioned person is even going to be able to make it!!!...i have started NO BS...i am really having a fun run...and that is just what it is...a run/hunt...for fun!!!...so what is it???...you want to come IF...certain people arent there???...or certain hounds arent there???...i dont know who all will be there!!!...i have invited ALL who want to attend for fun and fellowship!!!...so i have definitely not intended to start anything...except excitement about a real good time!!!
