I think Bev does a good job with both boards and I appreciate her time and effort. I also have had some good conversations with Larry G. although I have never met him.
If folks don't agree with the moderators then find a new board.

Very well said Ron! All this free love summed up in one short phrase! I dont discredited the way Bev runs this board at all, I feel it is a top of the line forum, I just dont see the need for totally banning someone when the moderator has the ability to pull the trigger on any post at any time. Hey, lock it, delete, or even sticky it. I don't really care. IF you click on the usernames of people who have posted on this thread and then click on all posts by this person you will see every post that person has made. All of the posts they have made will come up. You will see a pattern. You will also see alot of items posted for sale. Free of charge I might add. Alot of the crybabies on this thread are always crying, are always right, and are always sticking up for their trouble making counterparts..... I respect everyone's right to their opinion. I do take offense at how they are expressed sometimes.

If any of you had a problem with how Bev handled this, why didn't you send her a pm??? I do believe if you had asked in a respectful manner she would have replied. You may not have liked the answer but she would have given you the info you wanted. But nooooooooo, all you wanted to do was start a thread to try to slam and embarrass Bev. This whole thread is nothing but a way to try to put Bev down. And I am telling you this not to get on Bev's good side. Bev knows I will ONLY go to bat for something or someone I truly believe in. You guys need to do what you have said we all need to do. Delete this thread... email or pm Bev if you want info.... and post helpful, informative, interesting, and debateable threads.

I cant remember why I was banned probably over something stupid I said Im sure, I come here for fun and thats about it, Im sure if you will ask some of the old timers on the board this board use to be alot more fun when everybody came her for fun and visiting.
Now it is all so serious, kinda took the fun out, if you will go back through and read alot of my post I like the joking and playing around, but if you want me banned private message a moderator and see what you can get done I guess.

I have been on this board since the day after Trent joined in July 2002. Bev started this board in May of that year after the ARHA was bought by the NKC, TAB magazine was started by Bev, and the old board shut down. I was on it for years before and have seen them come and go. Mag38num was young and trying to grab attention but was offensive to many at the time. Discussion went out the window and insults began flying that included name-calling about peoples' weight, even got to the point of racial insults. When you come into my house, I expect you to respect my rules. This is Bev's house and has been for years so I trust her experience to know when someone has crossed the line or is about to cross. I have learned information that I can't put a price on from this board. Advice and suggestions from people on this board have saved the lives of some hounds I own and have owned. A very small percentage of us have ever seen one another face to face, so we tend to assume that everyone on the board is a middle-aged male. Not so! We are both sexes, all ages and from all walks of life. If we keep everything informative and profitable with a goodly mix of good natured humor, the board will serve us all well for years to come.
