Jack, I'm reminded of my bleu laura male running a baby rabbit when he was about 9-10 months old and had had limited time in the field. He was running flat out one morning and out popped a rabbit into the path about as big as my fist, with him about 25 feet behind, running it like it was full-grown. You are right about the build as well, my male has a chest like a bodybuilder.
