Bill,
We used to have a problem with that but the kids at OSU in the last few years have been pretty well behaved. Believe it or not many of the kids who did the riotous acts were not even from OSU but out of towners who can't handle their binge drinking. OSU is not the only college crowd to get out of hound after big games. Seems to be a rather systemic anomaly with many campus settings. I have interviewed engineers for employment on behalf of my employer and there are many highly intellignet, mature, and articulate individuals that attend OSU. Makes me proud to be a Buckeye. Don't judge 99.9% of the good ones by a few bad ones.

Oden scored around 25 points. Get real. He is laughing all the way to the bank. Let's see who does what in the pros. It won't be that cry baby Noah.randy37 wrote:I think last night Oden was thinking about all the money he is going to make in the NBA and the team forgot that Florida was in town to kick the crap out of the Bucks again.
I am proud of the Buckeyes. Our OSU freshman gave the Florida seniors a good game and was 2 points better in the second half than Florida. It was the 11 point lead in the first half that made it difficult for my Buckeyes. They had it down to 5 or six at one point and I had my hopes up but the Gators got hot on those three pointers again and OSU was a little off with their three point shots.
The Buckeyes played their hearts out as did the Gators. Great game. Any team that makes it to a national championship game has nothing to hold their head in shame about. OSU is a class act and I am proud of them as is many in my great state of OHIO.

I usually dont get into this kinda talk unless its about dogs but i have to weigh in my thoughts here. Im a huge basketball fan, always have been always will be, whether it be my boys or kentucky or iu or ohio state or north carolina or whoever. now i live just 20 minutes from bloomington indiana, have worked in bloomington 17 of the 19 years ive been out of high school. Ive never been a IU fan untill now. I like kelvin sampson and the boys he has now and with the new ones coming in (gordon) for example, then should be pretty good next year. Ive always been a huge kentucky fan but without a new coach that can recruit, they will never be like then used to be and that means not letting good instate players go either. as far as michigan and the past< what goes around comes around, example- id have to say that chris webber had been a loser everywhere he has been, including at michigan, no nba rings, troubles with the law and now with aging he is about done, look at the rest of the fab five, have any of them got a nba ring with any team since leaving michigan? money isnt everything, its sad but webber will only be remembered for his timeout call with none left= what goes around comes around.

Loser or not I'd still love to see Webber win a ring in a Cavalier uniform.I went to a Cavs game recently though and was behind the hoop with Webber ready to shoot a free throw when some foghorn right in front of me bellowed to call a time out.Webber grabbed the ball glared up for a second and then clanked his shot...funny.
