Folks are always trying to fix a dog with a shock collar. The dog is what it is.

How many of you use a shock collar to stop a dog that (is what it is)from running deer??

I agree it's something different but if the shock collar is a tool to use to solve one problem then why can't you use it to solve another problem and don't forget I've done it?
