You could stay with pedigree if you supplement with raw. Go n get yourself some raw from wholesale supply. Buy in bulk. Feed kibble in the morning and raw at night or vice versa. I got all my raws for under 40 cent/lb. feed less and better results.

Wil, I have fed most dogs food availablke in my area.
Used to own pet store ,so have tried alot foods
Bottom line get what you can afford and is close to you
I currently feeding purina one chicken mixed with ole roy high performance. And dogs look awesome, all have alot energy and shiny coats.
Buy both at the same time from walmart, and for $100, get 2 bags of each, which is 160 pounds feed.

I feed purina pro plan chicken and rice and wouldn't switch from it unless I could afford some of the really high end ones blue buffalo etc...

I have very little waste from the dogs and they have amazing coats.
