Did you use Hydrated or Agricultural lime?
I've never used agricultural lime except on vegetable gardens and am curious if it would help heal?

The lime you use is it white lime or the brown pellet ,I use the brown under my kennels,it smell kind of sweet. Al

That's what I use also. Very fine and white.
it is also good on sores to dry them up and heal.
