I usually boil 2-3 rabbits with a sliced onion at a time for about 15 mins.
Then dip it in a egg/Milk wash. Throw it in the batter... Flour/Crushed Ritz crackers/Black pepper/Salt/ and lots of Mels Crab seasoning(kinda like Ol bay).
Then it goes to the fryer. Cook until golden. Delicious. That batter with the crushed Ritz crackers gives it a good crunch.
