Been fiddeling with mine here lately and decided that its better to run the dog in the 6 dog mode rather than the three dog mode even if your running three hounds... then you dont have to toggle the up and down button or remember which way was what. Its a lot easier for me to remember it tones when dial is on tone and shocks when I press the button....
plus if you ever get used to it in 3 dog mode then swithcing to more dogs sucks cause you accidently shock the wrong dog or send no shock while your figuring it out lol
