What makes you think the breeding on this dog is not correct and why you get the dog if the breeding is bogus?

I saw a program this morning and they ask, "was it worth all the lives, time and money to get Osama Bin Laden?", the different opinions were very interesting.

Anyway, did they give you the time limit on when this would have been worth correcting?

Integrity is now a part of history, go read about it in a book...oh wait, books are history too....old fools

Charles,
I posted the entire e-mail chain, no they did not give me a time frame/limit.

Kenny, whats makes me think this breeding is not correct? Because I owned Sport from 1993 til his death in 2004, and if you look at the litter registrations posted, you will see I did not sign the papers in 1997, they were forged!
Why didn't I sign them you may ask, because it never took place.

Im in no way taking sides because its not my place but from reading the info on this post and the link. The akc is not the one id be upset with its the person that forged the paper work that needs to be dealt with. I again say i dont want involved and it's is not my business and i should not even made a comment but i would get the person that forged the papers to make it right with akc and then you all could start seeing some results. If this person want ......well that is a different story. Good luck on getting this worked out it has to be very aggrevating.

I`m very upset with the man that forged the papers, and am very upset with AKC for not wanting to do any thing about this matter. All we ever wanted was AKC to ban this man from ever registering with AKC.They have chose to condone Forgery and Falsifying documents which as far as I`m concerned diminished the INTEGRITY of AKC.
They need to listen to the BS recording we listen to when you call and it takes 5 min to get to talk to any one. They tell you how GREAT they are HA>

Both will have more than they want.

The person that FORGED these papers has never replied to any thing or even attempted to defend himself the last 8 months.

Kenny,
Look at my earlier post, I have two links in it.

I was accused of making unfounded accusations last year when I refused to post documentation until AKC rendered its verdict.
AKC has done so, and the documentation has been posted on the Check your Patch Pedigrees post in the Looking for Information section.

I am still upset with the forgerer, but now that I brought it to AKC's attention and they refuse to do anything about it (because it has been 13 years) is why we are upset with AKC. They have the proof right in front of their noses, but choose to keep taking our money and close their eyes.

When I was in Vietnam, we would occasionally get ourselves in what we who survived would call a "sh*t sandwich". That is, there was no where to go and only one thing to do, fight your way out of it. Afterwards, you simply got on with business and tried to avoid that type of sandwich in the future. Now, it seems to me that this thing is such a situation. I just can't see where suing these people would serve a purpose. If you lose, you have just given some lawyer types your money. If you win, you have given them your money and just possibly AKC would be hurt in the process. Where then, would we go to register our dogs? I am not so sure that AKC has such deep pockets to afford a big hit. I think they might just close up shop. Boys, you took a big hit but you must get on with it. It doesn't change the quality of your dogs. I am sure this has happened in other pedigrees too. Probably more than we will ever know. Life goes on. Sh*t happens. Stay away from the sandwich.

Buck Ol Friend,
Their are other registries out there. As far as AKC takeing a hit or being hard up waa waa waa. They have screwed money out of hundreds of folks and could care less, and the dogs are GRADE and they know it.You are correct their are probably other instanceses of this sort.Am I concerned about that Hell no I`m concerned about my problem and how it affects others.
I am going to go on my friend but will dragone foot through the sandwich :) Thanks for the input, am looking forward to seeing you again and doing some running.

Charlie
