I feed green diamond 2 cups/dog and they look good and run good but when I go to feed them they act like they are starving. This is my first time to ration my dogs (auto feeder) and they have lost their excess weight but I do not want to under feed them and cause problems later.
What do you think.

I have used it for about 2 years now. I love the energy that my dogs have while on it.
Unless your the lead dog the view never changes

I have only fed the hi energy once and noticed larger loose stools. I now feed green bag in the winter and yellow bag in the warmer months and that seems to work well. People always compliment me on how shiny my dogs coats are.

I haven't fed the 24/20 diamond feed but use to feed the 26/18 and it was real good feed. I'm feeding Sportsman Pride (30/20) now (feed it every hunting season) and have never had a dog that wouldn't get fat on it. I've had a couple that didn't do good on Diamond and one that didn't do good on Black Gold so I just feed that Sportsman Pride during that winter and don't worry about it. I may switch back to the Diamond this summer since it's easier for me to find it.

I switched to Diamond from Ukanuba and went back to Ukanuba in the last 8 months and now to Sportsma Pride by your recommendation Phillip.

Mine are showing more energy and not losing weight like they were on the Eukanuba and Diamond and may be actually gaining a little. I was feeding twice what is recommended of the Eukanuba 30/20 and also when I fed the Diamond and they still lost weight. The Eukanuba made their hair brittle and it broke off at the ends.

So far the Sportsman's Pride is doing good, hair is slick and energy is up and it cost a lot less than the Eukanuba.

Hope it works for you John, I got another friend I run with to try Sportsman Pride and he told me this morning he was going to have to cut his dogs feed, because they are getting to heavy. I to does good for my dogs.

I feed the High Energy, 5 dogs the 2 youngest have loose stool think i will go to the yellow bag next time. It appears its great if your giving them plenty of exercise but my 2 young ones i have been taking it easy with trying to bring them on slow.

Using the high energy right now, but going to try the green bag. I would like to have a little less stool.
