I may just have to do that right after the first of the year If im not at a trial. LOL

I really have to work on getting my lady dog finished up this year ! ! !

Yeah it nothing like sleeping when your buddy calls you on the two way and sets you up with the deer as I'am walking to the tree line Joey was in they made there way over to his tree line they were 20 yards in front of me couldn't do anything but shoot and that what I did I don't shoot a lot of rabbit just enough for the dogs to keep at it and I do enjoy runnning dogs with Joey and his Dad & brother they are good people not Joey but his dad & brother LOL and his dogs don't run trash that is always a plus but man that Joey will walk you to the ground I used to walk all day bad knee blows out on me just about every time I think we took out ten deer from that place bigest 11 pointer couple 10 couple 8 & some does every body went to my brother other place so we had it all yo our selfs told Joey we could stay in my Rv 23 footer he said he not a camper but had a great time

yeah mike it was a blast. At least we didn't come home empty handed like on all my other deer hunts.

Be prepared to walk if you come rabbit hunting with me. I like to cover alot of ground. :bigsmile: and also 3 days in a row. I even out walked the dogs. My female daisy honkered down in some weeds sunday just before we left for home. I stuck them in my truck and they instantly fell asleep.

Pistol had a big thorn in is front paw. Started to limp real bad on it. I couldn't find it at first then I saw it. Pulled it out and he still had a limp. I had to carry him to the truck. He was ready for the next day though. I feed him a left over BBQ steak over the weekend for all the hard work he put in.

Done gone has some fine beagles. A few patch dogs in the pack too. When we put down all our dogs you had better watch out if you're a rabbit.
