Oh the guy who contacted me was a bit more inventive than that... they used a call service cuz they claimed to be deaf and wanted the dog as a companion dog. What tipped me off was they claimed to be from England. And it seemed to me it would have been alot easier for them to find a Beagle there, rather than have one shipped all the way from the States.
