If she handles good and listens you'll get her running. She probably just needs a little time to feel comfortable woofing down tracks again, if she was spooked by a coyote that would definitely put a hurt on her confidence but with time she will come out of it.

Hey guys,
I took her out friday evening for a little while I took amost an hour for her figure out what we were out here again for. But when she got on one she was fast. I just gotta spend a lot of time with her out there in the field "I'll have to get a chair and some beer! ;) "

Hey everyone,
Man was it cold out there this evening. Took star out for a run this evening and froze my butt off. I think it was too cold for even the rabbits cause little girl didnt pick up on much of any scent at all we spent about an hour and a half and it was about 5:45pm when we came in. I didnt even jump any rabbits here this time, I know it had to be the cold. Gonna be about -20 counting the wind tonight from what i herd.
Have a good one y'all

well eddy ur quite the dog jocky. why dont you give this kid a nice old dog to train his pup with, or let him barrow a old broke dog. that would be the thing to do. the kid is just getting started.think positive proper baron dident start until two and he is in the hall of fame. althow i like a early starting dog and brandon i have a nice running dog that i am going to breed but would give her to you afterwords. the is heavy snapps breed nice nice dog but dosent have a big mouth and i just want all my females to have a big mouth. cause my one male has a ok mouth but not the best.it would be about six mounths thow, and she is just a year old.

Thankyou very much for you offer chapkosbeagles I would gladly accept. Just let me know when. I am glad to find a place where i can get info and support on this sport. As further my involvement with beagles i can see the time and effort it takes is in great demand and it is a good challenge for years to come. I appreciate everyone for the info.
