I have Tri-tronics and I have Dogtra. If I could go back in time I would have coughed up the extra $100 for the tritronics 2 dog system. I can not rely on my dogtra system. Is ok for close to home, but is just not reliable. With the tritronics you know when the battery is getting low, you still have about an hours run time and it still works in the meantime. I have turned on my dogtras all systems go, sent the dogs out the back door and in 5 minutes they arent working. My tritronics system is now 5 years old and still works like a charm through the use and abuse of 2 Labs and 3 Beagles.
