Try Heritage dog boxes. They are real nice folks and family owned. I get a new one everytime I change color of trucks.

What is the address to send donations to if you would like to sponcer a kid? I will try and bid on what ever I see that strickes me. Im always looking for a good deal. I know if I was in NY I would have my kids there but im from Virginia. I know my son would love to have the oppurtinity to do something like this, he would learn alot from it. He is always helping with the dogs that i have now (30) and hopefully he will help with the ones im getting. He is only 10 but where ever i go he is with me even hunting.. Shot his first deer at 8 with a 410. What a great day that was....

Hey Dogrunner, the address is

Youth Beagle Camp
C/O Mark Betts
5488 South Lebanon Road
Earlville, NY 13332

And as an update, this isn't just in NY, they're clubs all over putting this up at their spring meeting. If you are a member of a club, and your club hasn't brought it up. Please bring it up. This isn't gonna cost anyone anything but thier time to help with the kids.
The Beagler community (you guys and gals out there) along with sponsors, both national and independant are taking care of the cost.

Great news for next year. The NRA wants to work with us, so it should be even bigger and better.

Dog runner, I'll bet that was a great day for you and your boy. Here in NY a kid has to be 14 to hunt or else I could tell the stories of my 7 and 8 year old boys and 12 year old daughter hunting. But that would be illegal right?...lol So I'll just stick with them with the dogs

30 dogs, some day i wanna come down a hunt deer with dogs, never done it, I think it would be a blast.

Goes, I emailed wilderness for the hunt they donated. Heck, they may even get a hunt out of me anyway for one of those russian boars. Everyone needs to check their site out. Mostly exotics and hogs. Plus, you yanks would get to spend some time down here in the good part of the continent. lol I am sure they would introduce you to some southern hospitality. lol

Thanks swamper, it does like a great hunt for someone that may never have been introduced to it before.
As for the as for the Southern Hospitality, Mr. Allen Wilson of wilderness lodge was very impressed by our devotion to the kids that I didn't even get a chance to finish my schpeal (sp? I am sure that's a yankee word...lol)) on the camp and why i was calling before he interupted me and asked how he can help. It looks like a great lodge put on by some great people. I can't wait to hear about the hunt from the winning bidder, and hopefully some great pics to.
but this seems like just the begining as more sponsors contact me everyday.

The http://www.youthbeaglecamp.com website has been updated with the some of the items that will be up for auction. I will add some more this weekend plus keep it updated as new items are donated.
Just click on the auction page once on the site and you will find pics and links for total descriptions.

I also ask that you please sign the guestbook, this would help tremendously with sponsorship. When sponsors look at the site to consider donating, they always check out the guestbook to see what the interest is out there.

Thanks for looking and I'll keep working on things, plus there still are many items to add that we arlready received.

Plus we still need a few more beagle clubs to join up, the money is there, we just need some folks to help out with their time.

Thanks again
