Every shot and worming record I make out for every puppy I have sold for so many years I can't remember how many has had Nemex II at 2 and 4 weeks. I use Tasty Paste at 6 weeks.
I have accidently spilled a bottle in my puppy pen and had 1 pup get way too much but it didn't hurt him in any way.

I use a product that is comparable to Nemex II, but alot less expensive and about 10X stronger. It uses the same active ingrediant (pyrantal pamoate), so the effectiveness is the same, but you use alot less per dog. It is just as safe as Nemex II. I have been using it for 2 years now with great results.
It is called Pro Pam. I supply this for several of my friends and it runs about $8 for a 2 oz bottle (which will dose my kennel of 12 almost three times). You could probably find it though other kennel suppliers, but if you can't and are interested, let me know and I would be glad to get you some.
http://www.jefferspet.com has good prices, but not sure how they compare on the nemex II.
