I think you have accused me of believing that I know far more than you do and I have probably went so far as to admit that I certainly do. Since you seem to constantly take jabs at me , Just for the record I do know much more than you do. You take that as a bad thing and I guess you can if you want to , it isn't meant to hurt your feelings, someone always has to be at the bottom, like I have said, some take their lack of knowledge or the fact that others may consider them as low on knowledge as a bad quality in a person, it is not a bad quality it has nothing to do with the "quality " of a man. But some obviously take it as so, and for them that take it a little too seriously I can offer my assistance, send me a Pm , sign up for the class, I have no-ill will toward you as you seem to have for me, but we can work through it, and I understand that being honest in my assessments can possibly upset some but I think only an honest assessment can get them onto the track of something they obviously think is the measure of a man, hound knowledge. I am willing to share it with those who need it, though I have far less of it than some others on here( I can notice those who have it as well as those who don't) There is no charge for it, and It will take up some of my time. I have already had two to contact me, You wouldn't believe who one of them was, and I will never tell it, same as you can sign up and it will be confidential. I hope you can view my straight forward style as just that my style and no harm is intended, I don't think you have always understood that. ( I may work on that some) Once again you can't get all of the hound knowledge from me as I lack a great deal, but I could still increase your knowledge considerably. Newt, that is the thanks I get for an honest attempt to help! As far as egos , is it that yours has been bruised that you say these things about me, as I at the same time am extending a helping hand to you! If I have in fact hurt your ego I am sorry, The offer still stands , you can kick me as I extended the offer but the offer will always stand, say what you want about me but you will never get me to the point that I will turn my back on those like yourself who could use the help. Once again and I think some are missing the point. I do not know it all, I have never said that or feel that way, it is just that I don't have to know it all to be able to help those who know so little! I don't know how else to say it other than plain, don't look so hard at HOW I say it, as I understand that my knowledge of how to say it does in fact pale in comparison to a lot of folk's ability, that is a weak area with me the same as some are weak on hound knowledge, etc: Helping the less fortunate is my New years resolution , I understand that I am a little early on it, but is it really too early to help those in need! your to funny GW, as far as lessons, i know your kidding. you couldnt possibly fit two people in the same room with your EGO. But hey they might all fit since their imaginary, you know, like your master houndsman degree. speaking of that, the only way that so called degree would get my attention, is if i drank a can of gas holding a lighter (you do the math) Just keep telling yourself that everyone is laughing with you and not at you. that might make you feel better. I don't know what happens or what to call it, but it sure seams like some days they can run a lot better then others. Some times its like they can smell them good at all then next day same place they burn them up. Don't know what to call it but it happens.

bunny, As I have told Newt, my offer of help will always stand. It is my New year's resolution, you can believe this or not but I make one EVERY year and I have never broken one. I have already extended my offer of help to some I think could benefit. I am going to be pro-active and contact some others that I believe could use some help, all I can do is try to help where I see a great need, if those who could use the help will not step up and get It, due to their pride, I will still be fulfilling my obligation in respect to my resolution. Master hound degree? I don't think that is fair as I have constantly said I do not know it all and certainly would not qualify for any hound degree, keep in mind just because some may know more than you does not mean that that are anywhere near a master. I had a person a little while back tell me that my style was a wee bit abrasive! I didn't get all mad and accuse them of not knowing what they were talking about, or accusing them of being some kind of "Master" I took action, and did what you should do and that is understand that what others are telling you about some particular matters could be true. I don't think any can say that this abrasive style is with me anymore, you know why, because even though I thought the person was wrong about me at the time, I made some adjustments anyway, my offers of help are a big step in this direction. we can't always see the lack when it is about ourselves, think about that in relationship with some things I have mentioned to you. I hope Santa brings you all you want.

Almost forgot, The book , Blood and Brains, if any research my posts you can get a good idea of the content. I was trying to get it out in time for Christmas as I have already said it won't happen. several reasons but I had some others who have looked it over making some startling observations. Whereas, they could not find any fault with the facts, it obviously ( even though I didn't notice it) leaves a segment of the beagling community in the dark, It was pointed out to me that I should not have started writing from the elevated position above" basic knowledge" and should have instead started at the first rung on the ladder, if you will. Otherwise some will not be able to connect to this elevated position as the leap from their current position would be too great, and they would be left feeling that they had not got their money's worth, I can't abide that.

I think you are working your way into an autographed copy, and you are of course curious to the status of the book . if you wont take the correspondence course that I have offered I will still get some information in your hands, I am going to help you whether your pride will allow you to ask or not ! I am not going to take no for an answer from you, you could use the help and I am going to kinda make you my special project, I am going to double your current knowledge by January 1st 2015 and then double it again by Jan. 1st 2016. first off GW, never said i was innocent. of coarse i started it, so what? just tired of hearing you constantly degrade people. secondly, not lookin for a free (drive by) as you call it. i said in my first post you would reply. you did, so what? third of all, im very honest, whether it hurts or not, whether it be about you or dogs or whatever. Im sayin you have a ego problem. im sayin you are a know it all. im sayin you think you know more than you really do. while you may consider that name calling, its still very honest. now, im going to teach you something GW. TRY not to degrade people, try not act like you know everything (we all know you dont). judging by the past post, your running low on friends. you should try and add the info i have given you in your life. bunny, glad to see you are not all lathered up anymore it doesn't look good on you. I know what I know and after reading your posts I have a good idea what you know, In my honest opinion it isn't much, what is the problem with me saying that as it is my honest opinion of you. You say you are honest and say so whether it hurts or not so I simply do the same to you. I am being honest whether it hurts or not. I do not degrade anyone if they feel that having limited knowledge is degrading how they themselves must feel about anyone new to the sport. and don't lump yourself in the same mix as a lot of others on here your knowledge is not of the same caliber, by any means! apparently all of your friends are on this board as you seem to think mine are. perhaps this is the only place for you to make friends I don't know but it is not true for the rest of us. The fact that it is apparent that you have a fraction of the knowledge that I have somehow ( more of that honesty that you think is O.K. by the way) qualifies me as a know it all, I think that of it's self shows your very limited knowledge, if you think all I say is " all of it" you are certainly mistaken. Speaking of ego, they fact that you believe that you could teach me something certainly qualifies you as over-inflated. bunny, just being honest as you say. As far as name calling it was the clown remark that showed your intentions of starting a problem and not the "know it all remark" . I don't mind either as I consider the source in these matters but I kind of think the "know it all" remark while considering the knowledge out there is not correct but when considering it against you I do believe it is correct I suspect that I know all of what you believe is out there plus much more. ( there is that big ego of mine) I am pleased to learn that you like honest answers , I have not called you names like you have called me, but I consider the source on these matters. oh, yea, you seem to have to be liked and I think that you believe these forums are some sort of popularity contest that I have entered, another honest answer, I couldn't care less! anyone can think anything they want, I believe most know that I have been toying with you! and that I have thoroughly enjoyed it, you are easy and I always like when you jump in, I know it is going to be an enjoyable evening! eventually you will come to realize that it is you that irritated yourself!
