I don't have a clue what to call that type of mouth but I'm having a "bawl" teasing my six mounth old pup with it!!!

I have a male that sounds very similar only a little higher pitched. I call it a squal but I have also heard it refered to as a strangler. I love the sound can hear it for miles.
