The safegaurd that I've seen used is for horse, it comes in a tube. I've never seen in a bottle for goats. All the people I know that use the horse safeguard type worm for three days. But I don't know if you would do the same with the liquid type or not.

The cattle version comes in a "suspension" (liquid) too. The active ingredient concentration is 10% just like the paste so the dosage is the same as for the paste. You can NOT go by the label dosage on the ORAL products for other animals (cows, pigs, goats, etc.) because of differences in the digestive processes, absorbtion rates, and metabolic rates! SO, see Caincutter's Link!!!!!!!!!!! The one liter bottle is a little over $1S0 but this price is a little deceptive as this would be over 80 three-day beagle treatments (only $1.25 - $1.50 per treatment). Less than fiftycent per dose is hard to beat! I give the three day treatments 4 times a year as PART of my woriming schedule. Valbazen is a little cheaper than safegard but I feel the safegard is safer - good name huh? Best wishes!
