need help with shy pup

Maybe the pup does not like to ride. Had a dog which would come when you call her in the yard and during hunting. But when she saw the truck, she would not want to ride. After hunting, I would call her with other dogs and put her in the box first with no problem. for some reason, it was riding in the box that she hated.
