bad day running

Post by beagledogsetw »

my husband was running yesterday, someone was bow hunting on the other side of the hill.the dogs were pounding, next thing he knew they shut up.my champion female came back to him with a hole in her under her chest.then the other dogs came back.she is alright.he stayed out there for awhile hoping the person who done this would came walking out and ask him why he done this.no one has permission to be out there but him.its a good thing i was not there.we will probably not ever find out who done this.it takes a low life person to do this to someones dog.

 I'm sorry to hear that. What these hunters don't realize is that the dogs don't bother the deer. I once was in a tree stand and had four dogs come right up to my tree. They left after milling about for about 5 minutes, and not even a minute later a buck showed up.

If someone ever did that to one of my dogs, he'd better pray he's armed with more than that bow. I wouldn't take it well.
