I HAVE ALL TRI-TRONICS.

THE BEAGLER--3-DOG
THE BEAGLER XL-3-DOG
THE CLASSIC-70-3-DOG WITH TONE

ALL GIVE 1-MILE RANGE ON OPEN GROUND, LESS IN AND AROUND HILLY OR THICK AREAS.
I LIVE IN THE FOOTHILLS OF NC, AND WE HAVE ALL THOSE AREAS. I NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM REACHING OUT AND TOUCHING ONE WHEN NEEDED!!
AS THE SAYING GOES," IT'S BETTER TO HAVE AND NOT NEED; THAN TO NEED AND NOT HAVE!!"

NO PROBLEMS, GOOD SERVICE, GOOD WARRANTY, QUICK RETURN ON SERVICE. TRI-TRONICS THE BEST OF THE BEST.

tri tronics

I just purchased a G 2 2 dog unit from a dealer. The light on the hand held unit did not work. This light should be green if fully charged turning color when needing charged. I called the vendor who told me to call Tric Tronics. They first told me a new one will be sent to you in 2 days. After a week i called to find out that was wrong it would be more like 2 weeks. It has been 2 weeks i still dont have the new collars. I would recommend holding on to your old unit just in case this happens to you. I guess they cant make them fast enough. I think i would wait till they get the kinks ironed out. Im trying to be nice im really pi*****.

I originally bought the Innotech CS300LR which I had nothing but problems with. To Innotech's credit they made it right with me, and sent me their updated version. It works wonderful and really reaches out for a one mile range collar. I would not recomend the Multisport 50, or any other brand with a half mile range. It seems to translate to about a hundred yards through thick cover. A dog can get out of range very easy with this limited distance. :D

I HAVE A CLASSIC 70 2 DOG AND A MULTI SPORT 3 DOG. THEY BOTH HAVE THE TONE FEATURE. THE MULTISPORT IS OK FOR SET UP TRASH
BREAKING, BUT IN NORTH CAROLINA IT IS NO GOOD WHEN SOMETHING HAPPENS WHILE RUNNING. IN ALL THE HILLS AND THICKETS I DOUBT THE RANGE IS MORE THAN 200 YARDS. THE 70 IS A LITTLE BETTER.
I WOULD SELL THE MULTISPORT 3 DOG FOR 325 AND PAY THE FREIGHT.
IF YOUR INTERESTED. IT IS ONLY 6 MONTHS OLD AND HAS THE GOOD CHARGING PLUGS THAT DON'T FOUL UP LIKE BIG DOG WAS TALKING ABOUT.
