Eric,

Scott Cummings(NY)owned Phaser. I think Phaser was out of Armando's Tasha and The Elm's English Bobby, but I'm not sure of that. I have been meaning to call Scott about something else, so I'll try and get ahold of him this weekend and I'll give you a call.
