I will either do the ply wood or that coat hanger idea. That sounds easy enough.

My two year old male does the same.But he will bend the aluminum ties off and pushes the fencing out.He also learned how to open the latch on the door with his nose.He is one smart customer,but baling wire and a D-ring on the latch fixed the problems.
