ckc to akc transfer?

I believe you must submitt a 3 generation ped when you transfer it either way.

3-gen pedigree, hound must have tattoo or be micro chipped as a ID, front and side view pictures of hound, transfer of ownership papers signed.
You can download the form you need from the AKC.org site. It's called "application to register a foreign dog", it will have all the things you will need answer, on the form. Oh, don't forget the $50. fee...

How long does it take to recieve you'r papers back. Sent myckc papers in on my female to get akc papers about three or four weeks ago. still have not recieved any thing.

does the ckc stand for The Canadian Kennel Club or THE CONTINENTAL KENNEL CLUB. because i dont think you can register a dog from continental kennel club.
