Depends on what style of dog you are talking about. There are some great SPO style dogs in IN. Briarpatch Tipper, CC's Doc, R&R Magic. Theres also some even better gundogs.

Indiana Blood Line

Post by Chris Spall »

No, there are not any popular bloodlines that originated in Indiana. There are a couple that have been made popular by the exploitation of well know trialers and breeders. There are also a boatload of very good hounds of all different styles rangeing from Gun Dog Brace, UBGF, Mid West Gun Dogs, Large Pack hounds, ARHA Little Pack, ARHA Progressive Pack and UKC hounds. Your right in the middle of any thing you want, all you have to do is ask.
Once upon a time, a man asked a girl " Will you marry me?" The girl said " NO." and the guy lived happily ever after and ran his dogs as much as he wanted to.

You have Jim Stinnet, I got some hounds off him a few years ago. I would look him up. I can't remember his kennel name but from what I have seen he is a honest man and has good hounds.
