Urinary tract infection?

Post by NY Mike »

I have a six month old pup. She was doing real well with her potty training and now all the sudden she is peeing in her crate at night. Could this be because of a tract infection or bladder infection? Anyone ever had a pup or dog with a tract infection.

How big is the crate? If she has lots of room, then she will pee on one end and sleep in the other. Also, pick up the water after 6:00 and make sure she goes out just before you put her in there in the night. If by chance you have her on steroid for something, that tends to make them pee more often too.

Emery thank-you for the response.I have cut the water off at night. We have a lot of snow up here and I have been trying to keep an eye on her to see if she is eating snow. I will try a smaller crate. no steriods. Thanks
