Garmin

Post by reddog1 »

After some 25 years of Tri-tronics and telemetry collars, I finally broke down and bought a Garmin Alpha with 3 tt15 mini collars. Still not ready to give up on the old system plus the wife said I need to keep the Tri- Tronics so she can keep the mastiff's in line

It's a good product. First thing I grab when I'm going to run.

To me the Alpha 100 is the greatest thing ever invented for rabbit hunters. The land we hunt anymore is so subdivided into areas we cannot trespass or near roads or loaded with deer that it is truly an indispensable piece of high tech gear in an otherwise low tech activity. Lost my one male beagle overnight a couple years back, and we were lucky enough to get him back the next day, but the sleepless night prompted me to spend the money. Have not regretted it since. I'm sure you won't either.
