Alpha Birdseye map disappeared

I downloaded the birdseye map a few days ago, and it worked fine. When I turned on the Alpha this morning and clicked the "map" button it comes up solid white with no birdseye or topo map. The dogs/dog tracks still show up on the white screen, but that's about it. The birdseye map I downloaded is shown as being enabled, but something isn't quite right. I hooked it up to my computer and downloaded another birdseye map, and it is showing as a white background as well. My subscription just started a few days ago, so I know it didn't just run out. Anyone have this happen before?

I may be able to help you. While viewing the white screen press the 3 lines on the bottom of the screen, the menu button, and select Declutter Map Off.
