***E-mail function disabled for now***

Most of you probably saw the Account Suspended screen when you tried to log on today. That is the default message for when the board is taken down for maintenance or investigation. It appears someone (or something) was able to breach the email function and spam out a squillion emails. I have disabled the email function for now. If you need to send someone an email, send them a private message first, requesting their email address. If they give it to you, then use your own email client to contact them. I'm sorry to have to take away this small luxury, but that's the way it will have to be until phpbb comes up with a patch.

Most of the problems I'm hearing about are related to accessing by iPhone. It might take a setting change or something.
