Jim...I will have to look you up when I head over to Pike/Round chain to musky fish...Numbers here are basiclly down. Some spots are OK but most are on a low turn. 3-4 years ago was the high. We hunt 4 or 5 times a year up there. We run all over looking for new spots.

John...There is some real good running to be had in the spring but be ready to cover some ground. I have not shot one in 3 years. Just let the dogs have some fun.

we just got a fresh 7 inches of snow last night, snow is very deep around here, about up to your thighs. Hounds are able to run on top now., with big snowshoes I can to without sinking in. running has been pretty good.
