what do u do ?

Post by Guest »

here is the situation a guy has a 15 inch female foR sale for 500$
-buyer drives 7 hours and picks up dog paying half then with agreement to pay other half later .THE SELLER OF THE DOG SAYS :IF U DONT LIKE HER ILL TAKE HER BACK" HE SAID THAT HE WAS SELLING HER BECAUSE SHE WAS HARD O HANDLE.

BUYER TAKES DOG HOME : dog is out 6 times runs off game 4 of them ,buyer shocks dog off a fox (fox pen) takes her out a seventh time she runs a deer ,he calls seller and tell him about it and he says if u cant get her broke ill take her back

buyer cannot get dog broke (yet) and calls seller again and says he is bringing her back
seller is outraged and REFUSES to accept dog back instead he says he wants his money (500$) for the dog and claims he told the buyer she was "gamey"...........

he also says the olny way he will take the dog back is if the buyer shoots her and sends him a pictuire of the dead dog,(THATS MESSED UP!!!)

WHAT WOULD U ALL DO ????????????? (LAWYER ,ACCEPT U GOT SCREWD ,ETC....)

what a mess

What an absolute mess. That's the problem with buying adult dogs. Seldom do they meet the buyers expectations, which were given in the add and verbally from the seller. We've all been burnt.
I doubt you're gonna get your $250 back, nor would I pay the remaining $250. A lawyer would cost you at least twice that amount, not counting travel time, as the suit has to be filed in the sellers state. Count in missed work, gas, lodging, the whole thing stinks. If it were me, I would call it an expensive lesson, and try to unload the dog to a deer hunter (southern states) or to a pet home. Good luck and tell us how it turned out.
Dogs don't have to look good to win tittles, but conformation "enhances their chances"!
