I won't run mine after 30 days from breeding, I try to not give her to much food because you want them in still some what good condition in my opinion it makes it easier on them during birth

I always give my females puppy milk once a day after 30 days. Pups are healthy and the female seems to produce a lot of milk.

I run them and feed normal until about 2 weeks out, then I run a couple of times solo if they want to. Some don't. I may be superstitious but I think the pups start faster the longer bitch keeps running before whelping. Around the same time I switch them to puppy food but the same amount as normal. I like to give Happy Jack milk Aid as directed.

My last 2 litters the bitches ran lightly right up until 2 days before, neither lost a pup. One had 5 and the other 9 (litter of 5 had 4 started at 12weeks) the litter of 9 just turned 8 weeks and they aren't doing anything yet.

give your female calf milk replacer, this has tons of vitamins and minerals for her. start her on this bout 1 month b4 she has her pups. half a cup, just sprinkle it over her food and give this to her everyday until she has the pups. after she has her pups give it to her until they are weened off of her. this will keep her up so the pups dont drain her of what she needs vit. & min. wise. after the pups are off her continue to give it to her for 2-3 weeks later. when the pups start to eat on there on put some on there food as well it will give em plenty of vit & min also. the milk makes the female produce 2-3 times the milk more than she would have, if u would not have given it to her. if she has a monster litter then she will be able to accomidate the whole litter no problem. it does not have any long lasting affect on her on drying her up when she is done feeding the pups, she will dry up on her on same amount of normal time. the pups will be more healthy in the long run, you can get it at any feed store or farm store that deals in farming.

where do u get that info from its powder milk in the first palce and its nothing more than vitamins & minerals 2nd and all it does is it keeps the female from being drug down from the pups taking to much nutrients from her. and helps the pups get more also!! ive raised pups for years and never had a hound do bad on it at all, and they always will be 10 times healthier if you will give em the supplement vs if you dont.
