My opinion is this Beck guy really wants Obama out of the White House. Maybe this is his way of trying to succeed at it.

I love me a conspiracy theory and I got my tin hat on right now...but these guys aren't even trying very hard with theres so I'll throw one out there.

I think a better spin on it would be that the intelligence community knew it was coming, but didn't stop it. So the act acheives whatever political agenda it has and that way all groups involved would have plausible deniablity but then we have zero proof which conspiracy theories always lack but it is what makes them so much fun to come up with!

However, I am very interested in these tidbits from what we already know;
1. The older brother had a letter from a foreign govt. sent to the U.S. saying he may have links to extremist and to terrorism
2. The older brother and his family had been interviewed by govt. agents in 2011 (so he was definitely on the radar).
3. Next they had evidence he had left the country (after he was idenitfied as a possible threat) to go to Moscow for some time and then didn’t know where he was for a large chunk of that time.
My questions are many;

How do these type of people become citizens? Next how do these guys not get on a short list of possible suspects earlier? And if someone is a concern to be investigated how isn't international travel flagged or monitored?

I have little knowledge on this but this seems to be a HUGE oversight by NIS/CIA/FBI etc.

I with you maybe Mo5000 has the answer, he's a hardcore something. Boys our government covers there tracks everyday. The next thing we will know is all Ifc dogs are actually Grade hounds. If your government were more worried about Jobs than Gun Control and how to make people stand on there own feet instead of screwing the working man then the need for Rush,Beck and the rest of em then they would actually have to get up like us and work. We all got views, I think Obama this a turd but he is our leader. I noticed on TV it shows the bomber's Mother grieving and swearing that her sons were working for FBI, and the US gov't. Everyone just thinks she is another foreign nut job. I wonder?

I ain't into all these conspiracy thingies BUt what I do know is that there is absolutlely little difference in the two major political parties of this country. Oh yeah, they have little scurmishes over this and that BUT they bpoth march to the BIG MONEY that pays their way. I learned long ago in the military that there are some specific ways to overthrow a mans army ( the masses). When you are outgunned or outnumbered, in this instance, you must first devide to order to conquer AND the quickest way to defect another army is through it's stomach. No job, no money, no groceries. Yes, many will then say we are a welfare state and I will agree with that, as we have an entire Congress, full of millionaires, on the working, middle class Americans teat! When do the greedy ever get enough and when do the politicians do the peiople's work in lieu of padding their own pockets? It ain't even a republican or a democratic thing but rather BOTH parties infringing upon my right and freedom to choose, period!

Come on people, At every major event in a large city with the police man power that a large city has there are plain cloths and in uniform law inforcment on the roof tops looking out into the crowds with binos. There are also plain cloths detectives officers and others walking around in the crowd. From what the news said it was not only the black back packthat lead to the video and arrest of the suspects but also of eye wittness accounts that saw one of the men place the bag on the floor before it exploded. Lets not get too crazy with this.........DH

but with all the underhanded stuff that has been uncovered over the years it makes a person think and look at events with suspicion in times like this.
