Garmin Basecamp help?

When your have your garmin hooked up and load your hunt onto basecamp what is best way to save them to view later? I currently have a separate folder for each hunt. I put a folder for both deer hunts and rabbit hunts but when I put them over in the folder you can't see the birdseye images what am I doing wrong?
How do you take the uploads and post them up here?
Have more questions just can't remember them all.
