The Shaker X Angie cross was indeed a good one. One of the reasons is that in a 10 generation pedigree Mt Zion Pete shows up 29 times. of course when you get back that far you'll find out that there is a lot of Yellow Creek and Blue Cap behind Anna's Ann.

Tank was a great dog in his own right. he does not have any Mt Zion Pete behind him. He has a lot of Pearson Creek, Limbo , Flat Creek and a lot of Wilclift Bannister. There is also a little bit of Little Ireland , Del Ray Stubby, Hi Hill and Gay Baker .

44 times in 12 generations. There is also some Fish Creek, lots of old Blue cap and some Wilclift bannister as well. There is a lot of Great dogs in this cross. Shaker, Dingus,Jiggs,Jack of all Trades, Mountainer King, Fish Creek Andy, Sammy R, Sureplace Happy Boy, BradJu's Bella Donna, Sock it to Me, Champlain Bucky, Winter Borne Boomerang,
Chief Whitefoot. No wonder it was successful.

jack of All trades was very definetly a producer. The cross with Tootsie produced NLPC Maravic's Missy and NLPC Maravic's Mimi as well as IFC Maravic's blue Ninja. There was only 7 cross of Pete behind them. FC Gray's Linesman was in it 12 times as well as a lot of Old Yellow Creek and Blue Cap Through FC Sammy R. When you look at that pedigree you can see why that cross worked. And yes I've had several dogs that went back to Ninja in my kennels as well. Branko deserves credit for basing his kennels on Anna's Ann. No Pete but very solid in Grays Linesman, Fish Creek, Yellow Creek and Blue Cap. Instead of saying all time we should look at the best crosses 2000 to 2010, 1990 to 2000 1980 to 1990 etc.

The Dingus X Anna's Ann Cross put pete in a lot of Branko's line through FTCH Branko's Close Call Girl and FTCH Branko's White Blizzard. Anna's Ann 's pedigree does not have Pete in it. Dingus produced at least 15 FC"S or FTCH's out of 65 litters plus a lot of good rabitt dogs. Pete produced at least 7 FC's out of 19 Litters. His son Toastmaster produced 11 out of 21. Blue Barry has produced at least 10 titled dogs out of 30 litters, Blue ninja 18 out of 33. Jack of all trades, 27 out of 58 litters, Ranger Dan 21 out of 39 litters IFC Round Pond Mr T had at least 19 out of 66 litters. Turbo powered By Prop had at least 12 out of 48 litters. These numbers are ones I have compiled off of a pedigree site so each dog could have had more champions and more litters.
