If he was as good as hes made out to be he would have already finished!!! Speed is only one quality of a nice dog, maybe find a little control. Every dog I've seen u post has been talked out of this world so you must sell all your good dogs!

If i Bragged on one of my dogs like this it would get ran over the next time out, a tree would fall on it or something would happen to it. I told a man i had a 2 good beagles one time, he came over to run with me on a sunday morning before Church. We hunted a spot where i jump 2 or 3 rabbitts every time i went. we jumped no rabbitts. and the next time out thay ran a deer  So i will never brag on a dog again. The only thing that is certin in dogs is that thay will make a LIAR out of you. KK Be Carefull what you ask for.

She is a beautiful dog ,built right. straight legs! She was born November 6th,2009! Never Been Trialed. PM for more info.

It appears to me that a guaranty has been made on this dog and anyone of the things cited above that are NOT true voids this written contract and be grounds for a refund of the purchase price. This isn't a verbal contract where the seller made claims one on one but also written for all of us to see. All of us who have been around dogs know that there are differences in opinion of many characteristics but to NOT bark but once every 35 minutes isn't close to the best mouth you'll ever hear and in fact is little to NO mouth heard! Someone on here stated "be careful what you ask for as you just might get it" is in fact true and I'd also add be careful what you plaster on a public forum as that is a matter of written record. Verbal agreements are legal binding contracts and come down to a matter of he said, she said BUT when put in black and white the intent is obvious of the qualities this guarantor was assuring.

Putting "garenteeedd" in an add to sell something then makes that person liable when the claims have not been met as they have not fulfilled the conditions of the sale as decribed. It doesn't even matter that the spelling of "guaranteed" is wrong as the intent is established.

I understand but I think U and I come from that old school mentality that a man's word is his bond but actually gender has nothing to do with it. I'm thinking that is part of the problem in this country today as we just don't hold people accountable for what rolls out of their mouths. I've always been a proponent of being able to purchase and or sell items the old fashioned way, by word of mouth but now days we have to travel all over the country trying out every little thing because a person's word isn't worth the air exhausted in speaking it. Nowdays in this high tech age if folks were to speak up the debate gets to many more and we are able to read the he said, she said but when the rule of law gets levied the debate is over. Everyone is entitled to their side of the story or opinion but when the gavel comes down there is but one right answer as it must be proven by a preponderance of the evidence and the written word is pretty strong undisputable evidence.
