Ticks

I hunted Saturday by myself for most of the day. I killed three rabbits on my own before my buddy got there to hear one race and get the last kill. Every rabbit we killed was loaded with ticks. I pulled 10 ticks off me when I got home from the hunt. Just a reminder for everyone to check yourself and the dogs.

I am dreading this spring, summer, and fall.....It has not been nearly cold enough in Ohio to kill some of them off. We are still getting those stupid little beetle/ladybug looking things around the house because it has been so warm.

A very mind winter here so far. We also had ticks on our rabbits this weekend. Maybe we'll end up with a cooler summer out of it.

Shot a rabbit here in ohio today that had a fat tick on it

We killed one in WV last weekend that had ticks on it. I have found 3 deer ticks on me since Nov. I had never saw a deer tick until then, I think spring and summer is going to be really bad. Those rabbits were loaded with fleas to.
