I would go with Tri-Tronics,never had a problem with them. Well worth the little extra money for piece of mind,knowing there going to work when you hit the button.

i use tri tronics and like it. whatever you get spend the extra money and get the 2 mile range, it is worth it.

Sport dog 3225 for me, love the collar and transmitter size and weight. Tone or vibration, Price is not hard to take either. Definitely buy 2 miles if you can.

Both are very good systems.
Sport dog is smaller, cheaper and has better customer service although TT has pretty decent service as well.
